About:<\/strong> A fast-growing global consumer goods company with the ambition to conquer the European market was faced with the challenge of establishing a product development organization and fully integrating it into the parent company in record time. In parallel, several technologically advanced products needed to be developed and launched on the market.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mission: <\/strong>The assignment involved leading the entire process from the start, including recruiting staff, building a new development center, and ensuring both organization and work processes. The extremely tight schedule required innovative thinking and unconventional solutions in many respects. Delegated leadership, built on a clear vision and trust, allowed the international team to grow, take responsibility, and deliver according to the high expectations.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Startup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

About:<\/strong> A startup with a business idea to rent out vehicles to golfers according to a PaaS model. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mission: <\/strong>To develop a suitable vehicle and associated digital ECO system in a few months and then launch a pilot to test interest. The pilot was very successful and already in the second year 100,000 rentals were reached with very positive reviews.   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Global industrial company<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

About: <\/strong>A major global industrial company that had been run as a corporate group with separate business units for many years was facing a restructuring. The company underwent a total transformation to achieve profitability, which meant a harmonized operation with common processes, systems and working methods. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mission:<\/strong>The assignment was to lead the various steps of the transformation through a PMO, with an extensive project portfolio that initially focused on stabilizing the business and adapting the cost structure. Working from an established model with clarity, corporate culture and communication were central to the success of the transformation process. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

About: <\/strong>A well-established company with many years in the industry had gone through a tough period during the pandemic, resulting in high staff turnover and neglected development.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mission:<\/strong>As CEO, the focus was on creating security and filling the vacancies that had arisen. Together with the team, a goal was formulated around business and values. The basis was to take a starting point in sustainability work, introduce a CRM system to become a business-driven organization and establish a digital market presence. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

About: <\/strong>A large, world-leading manufacturer of consumer products with PE owners. The company has gone through a period of turbulence, characterized by failed product launches, staff turnover and lack of critical processes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mission:<\/strong> As CTO and member of the Group Management, the mission was to stabilize the situation, create security and confidence in the future. At the same time, the business began to deliver according to plan and expectations. Major investments were made in the existing organization, and a new organization was established in India to gain access to cutting-edge expertise in a cost-effective way.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
